In South Korea,a technologically advanced Asian country, 97 percent of the population has a mobile phone. According to the data from the Bank of Korea, the average daily money transfer via mobile banking grew five-folds between 2005 and 2009.
But when compared to the average value transferred via Web banking a day; this (average daily money transfer via mobile banking) is still less than one hundredth.
