Most U.S. broadband users don't.
Four of five U.S. broadband users (80 percent) are unaware of the speed of their connections, according the Federal Communications Commission.
An Internet speed test tool from FCC for consumers to clock the speed of their connection can be found at www.broadband.gov. Just look for 'Test my Broadband Now' link on the homepage.
