Yesterday I was watching a Guy Kawasaki video, in which he said, "It's not the sales people who made Apple, what it's today; it's the evangelists who did so". Guy is famous as an Apple Evangelist.
An evangelist is a person who brings (to the world) something Good. In Guy's word, Evangelism is "Selling a dream to the world and make them believe it in the same way the dreamer(someone who has saw that dream) believes in the dream".
Today I stumbled upon this figure, and instantly I thought how true is Guy.
This is the figure that testifies Guy's belief:
89% of iPhone users want their next phone to be another iPhone. That figure falls to a mere 42% for users of Research In Motion's smartphones.
Quite true.
