Apple iBooks 1.2 version launched, Airprint and Collections added

Apple has updated its digital-book reader iOS App, iBooks -- allows you to download digital versions of your favorite books directly to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

The new version is iBooks 1.2.

iBooks 1.2 adds support for AirPrint, PDF and notes printing, Collections, and new fully illustrated children's books and art books available for download in the iBookstore.

iBooks 1.2 includes the ability to print notes or PDFs using Apple's newly released AirPrint functionality. AirPrint feature enables users to wirelessly print out content to AirPrint-enabled printers.

Another interesting functionaly added in iBooks 1.2 ( requires iOS 4.2.1 installed) is the abiltiy to allow more words per page by automatically hyphenating text.

How to Access the update: Either check out the latest version of iBooks by updating the current version on your iOS device or by accessing the Apps section in iTunes and updating. for thsoe who have still not started to use iBooks on their iOS devices, they can download it for free from Apple's App Store. --------
