Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, has got restraining order against alleged stalker, Pradeep Manikonda, a 31-year-old man who Zuckerberg claimed threatened him, his sister and his girlfriend.
In the restringing order, the judge ordered Pradeep Manikonda to stay at least 300 yards away from the trio. The said case is pending for a later this month hearing.
What Manikonda did that compelled Zuckerberg to apply for restraining orders:
According to Facebook, which has cited legal papers filed by Zuckerberg, Manikonda tried to follow, stalk, and contact Mr. Zuckerberg using language that threatens Facebook CEO’s personal safety.
In addition, Manikonda poked the Harvard drop-out on Facebook and reportedly went to Facebook offices in California to ask Zuckerberg for money to help his family. He even sent flowers with a handwritten letter to Zuckerberg in January. The cash strapped guy also went to Zuckerberg’s house, where the security nabbed him and let him go with a warning.
Apart from that, Manikonda also sent Facebook messages to Mark and his sister asking for money.
