--------------
Nokia claims that with this device, emails can be typed and sent by using even one hand. Although this can depend on individual dexterity as well; one thing which can be said for sure is that 'the combination of physical QWERTY keypad and a touchscreen' can improve the efficiency of user many folds.
It has been seen that touchscreen phones are particularly not good for surfing web. For two reasons: One the touch areas of a virtual keyboard are too close for effective or error free typing and two; every time a user has to type something, for instance a web address; the virtual QWERTY keypad takes the entire screen space, effectively hiding the original page; or QWERTY becomes even more smaller in mini form. Hence for web purposes a physical QWERTY becomes necessary.
Touch has its own advantages as well, whne it comes to navigation.
Hence QWERTY and Touch in Nokia E6 can be a real virtue. Not to mention that Nokia phones are generally robust. --------
