How to use Siri as Your Car Remote

Siri amused the world, when Apple iPhone 4S was launched last month. Now only 5 weeks of its existence, Siri is amusing the hackers equally. And hackers have already started showing the world their Siri feats.

A Siri Proxy server created, by Plamoni (creator’s name), using Ruby, which managed to control a thermostat; is now being used to control a Viper carremote, by another sharp brain named Brandon, letting him turn his car on and off using Siri commands on his iPhone 4S!

How the Siri controlled carremote works:

The "Siri Proxy" plugin handles interaction with a php script that runs on Brandon’s web server. The php script, allows Brandon send commands to my car which has a Viper SmartStart module installed.

Unleashing immense possibilities for practical applications, below is the video of Siri controlling car remote, with commands "Vehicle Arm", "Vehicle Disarm", "Vehicle Start", "Vehicle Stop", "Vehicle Pop Trunk", and "Vehicle Panic":
