Ensuring that it doesn’t look apathetic to its Users (Google recently added 24 hour phone support for everything users might go through in Google Play Store), Samsung has released a mobile application called Samsung Cares with one simple objective to bring Samsung support to users on-the-go.
Samsung Cares application is reported to cover many types of Samsung products and will apparently allow users do things such as view FAQs, ‘How To’ guides, watch tutorial videos and read up on troubleshooting guides.
In addition, the app also allows a user to track services status if his/her device or product is in the official store for a routine maintenance.
The App is free and can be downloaded from Here.
The app is compatible with devices running Android 2.1 and above.
