There are lots of free tools that you can use to set your
future tweets. For now, let’s focus on how to schedule tweets on GrabInbox.
GrabInbox is a free social media management tool that allows
you to set your tweets for a later date or time. The tool can be used for more
than one Twitter account. You can also manage your Facebook profiles and pages as
well as your LinkedIn profiles. To schedule your tweets, just follow these easy
steps. Just make sure that you have already created your Twitter account.
Step 1: Go to GrabInbox.com and create a new user account.
You can easily do so by linking your Twitter or Facebook account to your
GrabInbox account.
Step 2: Compose the tweet that you would like to be posted
for a later date or time. Apparently, you will need to limit your tweet or
tweets to 140 characters.
Step 3: For a single tweet, you may use the GrabInbox tweet
scheduler. To do this, locate the Status Box on the top most portion of your
user panel then choose the Twitter account/s that you want to use to post your
tweets for later.
Step 3a: Post your tweet on the Status Box then click the "clock
icon" on the bottom left corner of the Status Box. Set the date and time of
your future tweet. Press the Schedule button to complete your action.
Step 4: For multiple tweets, compose the tweets on a single text
file. Put a space between each tweet. Save the file on your computer. After which, go to the Status Box and
select your preferred Twitter account. Click the "Arrow Up" icon next to the
Clock icon and locate the text file on your computer or laptop. Click the ‘Queue’
button as soon as you’re done.
Step 5: Check your scheduled tweets and queued tweets on your
GrabInbox panel. To change the time interval of your queued tweets, go to the top
right portion of your GrabInbox panel then click the arrow button next to your
profile name. Click Settings then select the account that you want to update.
Step 6: You will then see a list of timeslots. Add or delete
a timeslot and set the maximum number of tweets that you want to be posted for
that specific time interval.
Of course, you can also apply these steps to set your future
tweets for your Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
