Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be officially announcement in Berlin, on August 29. And Samsung has released a short teaser clip on YouTube.

The teaser, presents the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 as a phablet device (Phone+Tablet=Phablet), which unleashes your creativity. Wim Wenders, director of the film “Wings of Desire.” can be seen in the teaser.
