According to Hindustan Times-C Fore survey , with the increasing mobile subscribers in the country, the subscriber complaints are also increasing.
The results of the above survey:
More than 60% of users face call drops one or two times for every 10 calls.
More than 40% of users face bill problems.
More than 40% of users said it took over 48 hours to fix their bill related problem.
Less than 60% of users are not satisfied with their service provider's customer care response.
More than 33% of pre-paid users said they didn't get the promised talk time.
more than half of the users don't know about "DND" or "Do Not Disturb" directory. Only 7% have registered with DND.
40% of users would change their service provider if they can retain their current number.
On a scale of 1-10(1=Worst and 10=best), users gave 6 points to their service provider.
Reason: Although Indian operators are adding record subscribers per month, they are not investing on upgrading their networks.
