PC market will shrink in 2009

According to iSuppli, the PC market will shrink 4 percent in 2009. Prior to this it shrank back in 2001(5.1 per cent on the wake of the dot com bust).

iSuppli predicts that the overall PC shipments for the year will drop four per cent to 237.3 million units.

iSuppli predicts a 4.7 per cent YoY rise in PC shipments in 2010. --------
