How to show your blog tags/labels/categories in the form of cloud in Blogger:
Step 1: Go to Layout page.
Step 2: Click on Add Page Element/Add a Gadget on the section you want your tag cloud to show.
Step 2: Click on the Labels (scroll down the list)
Step 3: Choose Cloud under the Display field.
Step 4: Click Save.
