Initial iPad demand to surpass the initial iPhone demand

According to a new RBC / ChangeWave survey, Initial iPad demand will surpass the initial iPhone demand, even if slightly. The survey found that out of the 3,200 respondents, 13% showed somewhat likely or very likely intent to buy an iPad, compared to 9% who said the same thing about the iPhone way back in April, 2007.

The survey notes that ipad’s price remains a significant factor in increasing its initial demand. As only 8% of respondents were unwilling to pay Apple's prices for the iPad, compared to hefty 28% respondents’ unwillingness to pay for the initial iPhone prices. --------
