Install Google Video and Voice Chat for Linux based Ubuntu

After a long wait, Google has finally released Google Voice and Video Chat for Linux. Actually the application will currently be available only on a DEB package. Hence only Debian based distros like Ubuntu would be able to use Google video and Voice chat.
