Google, Intel, Apple, Pixar, Intuit, and Adobe are cutting deals in which they agreed not to recruit each other's employees. This is they say will help them retain good talent.
But The US Department of Justice spoiled this bonhomie. For DOJ , such no-poach deals is a no-go, calling them anti-competitive. Yesterday, the agency announced that they'd reached a settlement with the companies to end the practice.
