Facebook going to make In-Game purchases harder for kids

Are some Facebook games targeting kids to increase their revenue. According to Bloomberg, this might be the case. That's why Facebook Inc. may make it harder for kids to spend money while playing online games, like making kids fill credit card number every time they go for a new purchase, a step that might head off U.S. regulation of sales of game add-ons, one of the software industry’s fastest-growing revenue streams (2011 social gaming revenue is expected to reach $1.2 Billion in 2011).

The step by Facebook, is to enforce the thought on kids, that real money is involved in the buy even when they buy virtual goods; so that they don't surprise their parents with real bills amounting hundreds of dollars.
