Voice Search: Officially Launched on Chrome!

Great news for those who are too lazy to type and search! That’s because Google has officially launched its newest Voice Search tool for Chrome. This new feature is now live in the US and will soon be rolled on the other parts of the world.

What does it do? Well, the feature “speaks” for itself. And did I say speak? Yes, quite indeed. But if you still haven’t noticed, just go to Google Search and find that icon that looks like a microphone. Click on it and utter a particular word that you may want to look for. It’s quite accurate though. But it does have some bit of glitches on weird names and terms.

As for those who haven’t got the feature yet, just be patient for it will take a few days before the Voice Search will finally be available to everyone. And before I forget, it’s currently available in US English so don’t try to search for some foreign words.

Not a Chrome lover? No worries. For Google is planning to release this feature on IE and FF as well.
