Samsung Omnia W smartphone launched in India

Samsung today announced the launch of its three smartphones in India --Samsung Omnia W, Samsung Wave 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Y.

Samsung Omnia W comes in a sleek package measuring 115.97 x 58.8 x 10.9mm form factor and weighs only 115.3 grams, has the following specs:



1) 3.7 inch WVGA (800X480) Super Amoled display
2) Powered by a 1.4 GHz processor
3) Runs on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system (making Omnia W as Samsung’s first mango operating system based phone in India)
4) 512 MB of RAM.
5) 8 GB internal storage
6) 5 megapixel rear camera
7) A VGA front facing camera for video calls
