Indian mobile and IT peripherals brand, Intex, has entered into the world of Data Cards, with the launch of Intex 3G wireless data card. The data card offers download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps and upload speeds up to 5.76 Mbps.
Intex 3G wireless data card needs to plugged into a USB slot of the laptop or PC and supports both 2 G and 3 G connectivity. Helping the user avail GPRS services as well.
To make its offering popular with Indians, Intex plans to ink deals with the 3G service providers in the country to offer combo offers to the consumers. The Intex 3G data card supports Windows, XP, Vista Win 7, Mac OS and Linux.
Price and Availability of Intex 3G wireless data card:
This Intex 3G data card will be available across India, at a price tag of Rs 2,820.
At price tag of Rs 2820, Intex data card supports only 16 GB micro SD card. The price can be a spoiler when one sees that data cards from other companies like Huawei, Beetel (Bharti), Lava and Alcatel with 32 GB storage option and similar features are priced at Rs 1,800+. --------
