Twym allows Twitter users to send actual rubles (currency of Russia) to other Twitter users, by just sending a Tweet (though keeping things private via DMs will be better). To send money (or to receive money) via Twym, both the sender and receiver of the money will need to link their Twitter and Yandex.Money accounts. Only up to 100,000 rubles (or roughly $3,300)can be sent in a single transaction. But the good thing is, the maximum limit allowed by Yandex, can be changed by each user.
