According to a study conducted by three women blogs, women behaviour on internet is as under,
Over half (55 %) of women participate in some kind of blog activity (publishing, posting comments, reading).
The reach of social networks among women internet users is 53 percent. This is lower than the global reach of SNs, which is 75 percent.
But unlike the other gender, women use social networks in their true sense. As 75% of those who use Social Networks use them to keep in touch with friends and family. They don’t consider SNs as information sources, assisting them in making purchase decisions.
Coming on to blogs, Women rely on blogs for the business of life and sources of information.
Women are twice as likely to use blogs as a source of information (64 %) than SNs.
