With a total online population of 39 million, online newspapers attract one-third or 13 million(12.9) monthly readers in Germany.
This 13 million collectively spent 4.9 million hours reading 611 million pages of online newspaper content in April 2009. Thus a single reader read 47 pages in a month and spent only 23 minutes in a month on online newspaper sites.
