eBook readers are going to be one of the hot topics of the IFA 2010 (Berlin from September 3rd to September 8th). PocketBook International has announced to unveil five new eReaders at the IFA this year. The new models will be manufactured by Foxconn. B&N Nook and the Amazon Kindle are made by Foxconn as well.
The new eReader line-up includes PocketBook Pro 602 (6 inch screen), Pro 902(10 inch screen) , Pro 603, Pro 903 and the IQ.
The premium Pro 603 and Pro 903 have a touchscreen and 3G connectivity and run Linux.
The PocketBook IQ has a TFT color display, aimed at multimedia consumption and runs Android 2.0. It has a 7-inch touchscreen, wifi and Bluetooth.
PocketBook eReader has signed an agreement with bookland.net powered store for e-books. The ebooks can be bought via the PocketBook site.
