Sony has recently launched a new 22-inch LCD Bravia TV - the Bravia KDL-22PX300 – which boasts an inbuilt PlayStation 2 gaming console. However, the PS2 function will only run in standard definition; thereby holding greater appeal for the retro gamers.
In addition to a built-in PS2, the newly-unveiled Bravia KDL-22PX300 -- features a 720p display; four HDMI slots; three USB slots; a SCART socket; a Freeview built in; PC input; as well as an Ethernet port for online video playback.
The set can also serve up video from Sony's Bravia service over Ethernet or an optional wireless dongle. It's priced at £200 (or just above USD 300) in the UK.
No word on an American release.
