inPulse people have created a Facebook Places, Foursquare check-in app, that allows an android and inPulse watch (ya both) owner, check-in to Facebook Places and Foursquare, right from the watch; saving him/her of the effort of bringing out the smartphone, each time one wants to use the said services.
The app (code is here), communicates with the user's Android phone and uses the phone's built-in GPS to check-in to the services right from the inPulse watch. Impressive, then check out the video:
