Aside from this, it has also been told that the game’s players won’t be playing as War. Instead, they will take the role of War’s older brother named ‘Death’. Creepy right? Well, that’s how the game is. But what’s more exciting to know is the fact that Darksiders 2 will revolve around Death’s attempts to pardon his brother from the verdict of starting an untimely Apocalypse.
The game will also be packed with new armors and weapons. It will be set in an era that will be twice as grand as what its previous title has offered last year. More details of the game are expected to be unveiled at next week’s E3.
Darksiders 2 will be published by THQ. It is currently being developed by Vigil Games for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
The game is already scheduled for a 2012 release.
