Apple may have said that Siri is not perfect yet; and has even put a Beta label on the Siri’s homepage; but this has not saved the tech giant from a Siri related class-action lawsuit.
One, Mr. M. Fazio, has filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple Inc; suing Apple over advertisements for the Siri feature, claiming they are “fundamentally and designedly false and misleading” and calls the ads “a fiction.” Below is the ad in question:
Do you think Mr. Fazio has a case? OR the lawsuit is another proof of how much our society has become litigious; to the extent that no one is willing to give creative licenses to ad makers and companies.
