RIM Mobile Fusion software to accommodate rival devices Launched

Research In Motion (RIM) has launched a new software, Mobile Fusion, that enables its large "enterprise" customers manage Apple and other rival devices through the same servers, they use for the BlackBerry smartphone and Playbook tablet.

The launch of Mobile Fusion software, which was announced in November 2011, proves that:

Increasing number of users inside big corporations and government, are using the Apple iPhone or iPad, or devices running Google's Android, to access professional communications. In short, Blackberry is not the sole recipient of the affections of this demography.

Mobile Fusion will cost $99 per user to license and $4 per user a month, with discounts available for bulk orders.
