Beetel 3G Max Mi-Fi router launched in India

Beetel Teletech has launched a wireless Mi-Fi router called the Beetel 3G Max in India.

MiFi is a line of compact wireless routers, that act as mobile Wi-Fi hotspots. The MiFi can be connected to a mobile phone (cellular) carrier and provide internet access for multiple devices at the same time. The MiFi works at a fixed distance normally up to 10m or 30 ft and provides internet or network access to any WiFi enabled peripheral device.

Beetel 3G Max Mi-Fi router launched in India

Specs: The portable Beetel 3G Max router creates a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 5 devices simultaneously (phones, laptops, tablets or desktops) when connected to a 3G mobile connection. The router works for all Wi-Fi enabled devices and offers data download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps. It is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MAC, Linux operating Systems. It is able to run for nearly 4 hours on a single charge.

The Beetel 3G Max router, will be competing with Micromax Speedster MMX400R router, launched recently. Edimax Technology has also launched recently in India, the 3G-6218n 150Mbps Wireless 3G Portable Router.
