Is your HP laptop overheating

Some models of HP laptops are marred by the problem of overheating (increasing fire hazard), resulting from overheating of batteries. The company is aware of this problem. Hewlett-Packard Co which started an initial recall of some of its laptop models in May 2009, is expanding a voluntary recall of laptop computer models having the same problem.

Although the issue involves problematic laptops in US. Anyone experiencing the problem with his/her hp laptop, should become vigilant.

And by the way, an hp laptop owner will have to take action to report a problematic device; that's is what voluntary recall means. --------
