Apple's iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch can handle many tasks a PCs handle -- like checking e-mail and surfing the Web to editing photos and composing documents, connect with computers to transfer files. But one thing Apple still receives much criticism about is it making mobile devices which don’t have ports for connecting with printers or USB drives.
At a media event this month, Apple CEO Steve Jobs mentioned (here) an upcoming software update for the iPad(iOS 4.2 update) and its smaller siblings that would include AirPrint feature for people to wirelessly print documents.
AirPrint feature automatically finds Wi-Fi enabled printers on local networks and connects. iPad, iPhone and iPod touch users can simply tap to print their documents or photos wirelessly.
