MotoPad, Motorola’s upcoming tablet, is going to be launched at the CES exhibition in January. On the 6th January 2011 when CES begins.
The cue to this comes from an exhibition type video called "Tablet Evolution" released by Motorola. The video itself is a walk-through of the history of tablets ranging from Egyptian times right up to the present.

The Motorola Tablet, dubbed as MotoPad(here is it looks like), may launch with Android 2.4 which rumors now suggest is Honeycomb - which was previously associated with Android 3.0. Basing one’s guesses on leaked information, MotoPad will have a 10 inch screen with a resolution of 1280x800, a 5 megapixel rear camera, Tegra 2 1GHZ processor, have 512MB of RAM , 32GB of on-board memory(Storage) and a 2 mega-pixel front-facing camera for video chat.
