Owing to economic slowdown and the decline in attrition, there’s a definite slow down in the hiring.
Decline in attrition (the phenomenon in which a employee leaves a company for better prospects) rate in the past couple of months: 6-7%
Regarding pay-hike:
The average growth in increment, which was 13 to 14 per cent last year will come down to a single-digit figure this year
