Twitter is currently beta testing, (activated on a very small percentage of accounts) a new feature which will let users retweet a retweet easy. The feature named Retweet, is a button that makes forwarding a particularly interesting retweet to all the followers, by a sinlge mouse click.
If all goes well, the company plans to release the feature the feature in stages eventually arriving at 100%.
How it works:
If you are in the Beta group, you will be seeing Retweets in a new way. Whenever someone in your time line (tweets from those you follow), retweets something, you will see an icon appended to that retweet in your time line.
