Google is teasing since October about its Android OS next iteration the ‘GingerBread’ ; but the newest iteration of the mobile OS is not rolled out yet.
But a recent video, posted by Google Hong Kong showcasing Voice Search in Cantonese – had practically set aside the curtains veiling the Ginger Bread; if it had not removed the said video, quickly.
The said video, which has been removed by Google Hong Kong now, and unearthed by unwiredview.com, was showing a smartphone, on which the Voice Search in Cantonese app is demoed, running Android 2.3 or Gingerbread.
unwiredview.com points that there aren’t too many visual differences between Android 2.2 and Android 2.3: the status tray is now black, the launcher is slightly tweaked, and some buttons are restyled.
