HTC and LG already have their 3D phones in the market with their EVO 3D and LG Optimus 3D respectively. There are rumors that Samsung is working on to launch a Galaxy 3D phone. Not to stay behind, rumors are that Sony Ericsson is planning to launch a Glass Free 3D phone that will have a 4.7 inch display that will offer resolution of 1280 x 720.
However we won't see this device until next year. So there is a large time frame still left for development. --------
