Facebook hours back launched a new Plugin for Wordpress.

The plugin makes it easy to cross-post stuff from your blog to your Facebook profile and even has cool additions like the ability to tag Facebook friends from the WordPress editor and have the post show up on their Timeline.

Facebook launches Wordpress Plugin
