Number of smartphones Nokia sold in Dec 2009 quarter

Finland's Nokia, which sells most number of smart phones in the world, sold 20.8 million smartphones in the October-December 2009 quarter, up 38 percent from a year ago.

In the Dec quarter 2008, Nokia had sold 15.07 million smartphones.

Nokia is closely followed by RIM and Apple. --------
