BenQ, a disbutor of monitors etc. has unveiled its own Android-powered tablet, the BenQ nReader R100.
BenQ nReader R100 Specs:
1) features a 667MHz Samsung ARM-based processor
2) Can also run using the Android 2.2 Froyo (no word on whether the tablet will be shipped with Android 2.2)
3) Has a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel resistive touch screen display,
4) HDMI output
5) A battery for up to 12 hours activity life
6) Wi-Fi and 3G
No word on availability and pricing yet.
